1. What We Collect

• Google OAuth data: your Google account email address, display name, and profile picture URL when you sign in.
• Purchase data: order reference and plan details from LemonSqueezy when you buy a subscription. We do not process or store payment card data.
• License usage: machine hardware fingerprint(s) bound to your license key to enforce per-seat limits.
• Server logs: standard HTTP access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, response code). Retained for up to 30 days.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect scan results, target URLs, or any data processed by the websucker binary on your machine.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or third-party cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate you to the dashboard via Google OAuth.
• Provision and validate your license key.
• Respond to support requests you initiate.
• Detect abuse or license violations.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored in a SQLite database on a private server in the EU. Access is restricted to the service owner.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — sign-in only. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing. Governed by LemonSqueezy’s Privacy Policy. We receive only the order reference and plan, not card details.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support — we will remove your email, name, and license records within 14 days.

7. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent (this will deactivate your account and license).

8. Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party cookies. No tracking cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
